The crochet patterns you have ordered can be downloaded directly. The link can be found directly below your ordered pattern in the confirmation email that you will receive within a few moments after ordering.

The patterns are in the form of a PDF file, in the language you ordered. You need the Acrobat Reader program to open the file. It is free to download on adobe's website for both Mac and Windows.

Before you submit the order/contact form, please check whether your email address is entered correctly. If you have an incorrect email address, the order will not reach you. I can't contact you.

• Try logging out again first and then logging back in again.
• Logging in to another device also sometimes wants to help, for example laptop, computer, mobile or iPad.
• It may also be the browser you are using.
• Also, a security program on your computer may block everything.
• If after these tips it is not possible to download the patterns, you can always contact me. I'll send the patterns again.

Creations made as a result of the patterns of CB's Creations may be sold provided it remains hobby-based. This means that you are not allowed to sell the creations in large quantities.
