Amigurumi crochet pattern small gnome, lady and gentleman with wind-up feet

Walkers

Bring your crochet work to life!

With the help of a winding mechanism and 3 crochet patterns written especially for these winding feet, you can let a Gnome and a Lady & Gentleman walk out into the wide world!

Follow the pattern of the wind-up dolls, place the winding mechanism in the body, wind it up and watch them go!

In the crochet pattern you will also find the option to make non-walking figures from the small amigurumi creations! They are ideal figures to play with or to give as a gift. They look super nice under a glass dome!

Materials used for the Walkers:

You can use any brand of cotton or any other yarn you want for this crochet pattern. If you use thicker or thinner yarn, your Walkers will not fit around the winding mechanism.

But they are super fun as non-walking dolls.

Below is a summary of the materials I used for the Walkers.

  • Only a little bit of each colour is needed, so it's an ideal pattern for using up leftovers.
  • Skin colour for the head and nose, a colour for the hats and for the body
  • Crochet hook size 2.5
  • Scissors, needle, a little bit of stuffing
  • Piece of fake fur for the beard and moustache.
  • Winding mechanism feet, but they are also fun without them!

Little Gnome on feet is 11 cm tall

Lady and Gentleman on feet are 9 cm tall.
