Materials used for Ferry:
You can use any brand of cotton or other yarn you want for this crochet pattern. If you use thicker or thinner yarn, your Batn will become slightly larger or smaller. Below is a summary of the materials I used for Ferry the Bat.
- Yarn and Colors Charming 100 Black, head, body, legs and arms, 48 grams
- Yarn and Colors Charming 035 Girly Pink, ears, nose, 5 grams
- Yarn and Colors Charming 095 Soft Grey, wings, 24 grams
- Yarn and Colors Charming 020 Orange, pumpkin basket, bow tie 13 grams
- The candies will use no more than 1 to 2 grams of yarn each.
- A little bit of black cotton for the pupils, white cotton for the whites of the eyes. (with hook size 2.5)
- You can also use Charming 002 Cream for the whites of the eyes.
- Crochet hook 3
- Scissors, needle, stuffing
- Chenille thread for legs, arms, for the wing and handle of the pumpkin basket. About 8 pieces.
- I used a piece of thin iron wire for the wing and coloured aluminium wire for the handle of the basket.
- Textile glue
